Our kitchen staff works diligently to ensure all our students have delicious, hot food at every meal.
They have been trained about cross-contamination and can make meals that satisfy each guest. Whether it’s a gluten-free diet, dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan, we have provided specialized meal plans for countless students and adults. Please contact your Program Coordinator to discuss any concerns about dietary restrictions.
We offer 3 meals a day serving healthy, delicious, and nutritious food that satisfies both adults and students. Our kitchen staff accommodates most dietary concerns, but a conversation before the trip between the program coordinator and the teachers helps us to plan accordingly.
