- Students will face challenges and play games designed to build their identity as a team. What may look like just good old fashioned-fun, it is a great way for our staff to learn their names and the students to understand their expectations for the rest of the day. During this block, they’ll be introduced to the 4 Cs: Communication, Cooperation, Commitment, and Care! We start every program with a Team Building activity block, which can be done anywhere.
